About me…

I'm a dad of three young kids, living in London.

Having run companies for over a decade, I now spend my time speaking and writing about building great teams.

In May 2020, I launched Future Work/Life as a newsletter to document the fast-evolving relationship between our work and personal lives.

It's now read globally by thousands of people, and as one thing led to another and the community grew, I started a podcast on which I invited business and thought leaders to discuss the future of work. The show is now an Top 5 Careers Podcast.

My bestselling book, Work/Life Flywheel: Harness the work revolution and reimagine your career without fear, was published in January 2023.

Now, I speak at company and industry events, sharing insights on the future of work and developing high-performing teams.

I also work with start-ups and scale-ups on their thought leadership strategies, helping founders, CEOs, and other business leaders build the confidence and skills to communicate their ideas to the world.

I do this knowing what it takes to grow a business while operating under pressure and time constraints.

Before starting Future Work/Life, I owned Silence Media, the business I founded in 2009 and exited in January 2020.

Silence redefined the relationship between creative, media and technology in digital advertising, pioneering engagement as a buying model when the rest of the industry was only interested in impressions and clicks. Along with my co-founder, I led the company through ten years of growth, hiring and coaching some incredible talent along the way. 

I started my career at companies like Bloomberg and Sony Music in sales, marketing and product management roles.

Since I left Silence, I've worked as CEO for a data and technology consultancy, advised various start-ups and scale-ups, and was the subject specialist on the future of work for private equity firm Tenzing.
